Sample Menu

 Dining 'al fresco' is just one of the many pleasures on Pisces.  While the dress code is always casual and the atmosphere is relaxed, the cuisine will be prepared to a high standard and Chef Missy will delight you with her creativity.  She uses only the freshest ingredients that can be found in the Islands and creates flavorful and healthy meals.
     Each menu is designed to your personal tastes and Missy will do her best to accommodate all dietary needs.

 
 Below is a sample menu.

 Breakfast
•  Breakfasts served with assorted fresh fruit plate, coffees, teas, juices 
•  Mushroom/kale/tomato/onion/parmesan scramble, sausage and/or bacon
•  Mediterranean Eggs Benedict - poached eggs atop, sautéed spinach, tomato, feta and English muffin
•  Homemade blueberry pancakes served with honey and/or maple syrup, sausage and/or bacon
•  Avocado and egg toast - fried egg atop sliced avocado and whole-wheat toast
•  Vegetable and cheddar egg bake, served with fresh sliced avocado

 Lunch
•  Seared Lemon Herb Salmon with garlic and olive oil roasted baby cherry tomatoes and a garden spinach salad
•  Coconut Chicken Curry served with fragrant Thai jasmine rice
•  Slow-roasted BBQ Pineapple Pulled Pork served on a toasted bulky roll with homemade coleslaw and a roasted corn salad
•  Roasted Red Pepper Pesto Chicken Paninis served with a Greek salad
•  Argentinian Steak Salad, grilled steak with homemade chimichurri sauce atop mixed greens and fresh vegetables
•  Garlic Lime Shrimp Skewers served with herb butter rice pilaf
•  Grilled Chicken Stir-fry, soy glazed chicken served with vegetable fried rice


Appetizers
•  Pear, Smoked Gouda, Prosciutto bites
•  Cucumber slices topped with feta and balsamic glaze
•  Homemade Garlic/Ginger/Beef dumplings with sesame ginger soy sauce
•  Eggplant Basil Tomato Bruschetta
•  Cream cheese stuffed Jalapenos wrapped in bacon
•  Apple/Honey/Goat Cheese crostini topped with crushed walnuts
•  Crab Pâté atop toasted baguette with shaved asparagus
•  Warm Quinoa and Kidney bean salad
•  Crisp Zucchini bites with garlic aioli
•  Asparagus wrapped in Prosciutto with reduced balsamic
•  Pepperoni Caprese bites with Basil Vinaigrette

     Dinner
    •  Spinach and Goat Cheese stuffed Chicken Breast served with roasted red potatoes and garden salad
    •  Feta and Ricotta Vegetable Lasagna made with homemade marinara sauce and served with garden salad
    •  Parmesan Crusted Tilapia served with a cucumber feta orzo salad and sautéed kale
    •  Homemade Gnocchi with a garlic/onion/spinach/parmesan cream sauce, garlic bread, and a lemon vinaigrette arugula salad
    •  Seared Tuna Steaks served with a mango pineapple salsa and yellow rice
    •  Moussaka served with Greek salad, warm pita, and homemade tzatziki



     Desserts
    •  Homemade Cheesecake served with a mixed berry sauce
    •  Homemade Apple Crisp served with vanilla ice-cream
    •  Roasted Peach Halves with yogurt, honey, and walnuts
    •  Banana Nutella Mousse Trifle
